🌙 The 120-Night Sleep Trial

Every SleepyEdge mattress comes with a full 120-night sleep trial starting from the date of delivery. We believe a mattress needs to be slept on — not just touched in a showroom — before you can truly know if it's right for you.

That's why we give you 4 full months to decide. Sleep on it, live with it, take your time. If your mattress isn't the right fit, our team will work with you to coordinate a convenient return or donation solution.

Important: We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, and most customers who feel unsure in the first few weeks report loving their mattress by night 30.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Returning your mattress is simple. We handle all the logistics — you don't need to box it up or drop it off anywhere. Please note that a $149 return processing fee applies to cover transportation, handling, and responsible mattress disposal or donation. Only the original purchaser may initiate a return.

    Schedule Free Pickup Our team will arrange a free white-glove pickup at a time that works for you. No need to repackage the mattress — we handle that.

    Mattress is Collected Our pickup partner will collect the mattress from your home. Whenever possible, returned mattresses are donated to local charities.

    Full Refund Processed Once pickup is confirmed, your full refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

We want returns to be hassle-free. However, to keep our program fair and sustainable, please review what qualifies for a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Mattress returned within 120 nights of delivery
  • Slept on for at least 30 nights
  • Normal wear from sleep use
  • Minor surface impressions from use
  • Mattress is clean and free of stains

Not Eligible for Return

  • Request made after 120-night window
  • Visible stains, spills, or soiling
  • Torn, cut, or burned cover
  • Physical damage (punctured foam, broken springs)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Tip: We strongly recommend using a mattress protector from day one. It protects your mattress and ensures your return eligibility is never in question.

💰 Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout — credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after pickup is confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

The full purchase price of the mattress is refunded. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual amount paid.

📋 Policy Limits & Exceptions

To keep our return program fair for all customers, the following limits apply:

  • One return per household. The 120-night trial applies to your first order per delivery address.
  • Alaska & Hawaii. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional delivery charges and extended lead times. Sleep trial eligibility, white-glove delivery, and return pickup availability may vary by location. Return processing fees may be higher for non-continental U.S. orders. Please contact our support team prior to purchase for availability and delivery details.
  • International orders. International orders are subject to a return fee based on location. Contact us before purchasing for details.
  • Clearance & final-sale items. Items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for the 120-night trial.
  • Accessories & bedding. Pillows, protectors, and bedding accessories carry a 30-night trial only.

Every SleepyEdge mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects including sagging over 1 inch, foam splitting, defective materials, and broken coils. Our warranty is tiered to reflect the natural lifespan of your mattress:
