You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By using this Site you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with other users.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on this Site are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is never stored by SleepyEdge — it is handled exclusively by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
We offer free standard shipping on all mattress orders to the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional charges. Please see our Shipping Information page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
All standard mattress purchases include a 120-night sleep trial from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return by contacting us at support@sleepyedge.com. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Every SleepyEdge mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage, stains, or damage caused by improper use. Please see our Warranty page for full terms and coverage levels.
At checkout, customers may elect to waive the 120-night sleep trial in exchange for a 30% discount. By selecting this option, the customer acknowledges that the sale is final, no refund or return will be issued, and the $149 return processing fee does not apply because no return is available. The 10-year warranty remains in effect regardless of this selection.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of SleepyEdge or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product descriptions and health-related content on this Site are for informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepyEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
