Your mattress is vacuum-sealed and rolled into a compact box for easy handling and doorway navigation. Once unboxed, your mattress will fully expand within 24–72 hours.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing. If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your delivery.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase: 1–2 days for order processing, then 3–7 days in transit. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Your mattress is vacuum-sealed and rolled into a compact box using roll-pack technology, making it easy to move through doorways and up stairs. Once unboxed it fully expands within 24–72 hours. Allow 24 hours before sleeping on it for best results.
Standard delivery brings your mattress to your front door or building lobby. White glove setup is not currently included in standard orders. Contact us if you have specific delivery needs.
We ship within the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii may be available with additional freight charges. Contact us for a quote before ordering. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
