• Newsletter and promotional signups — your email address when you subscribe through the footer newsletter form, or when you submit it to unlock a promotional discount code from an on-site popup or offer. Both go into the same subscriber list

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source through standard web server logs.

3. Marketing Communications and Product Follow-Up Calls

We only send marketing emails to people who've opted in — by subscribing through the footer newsletter form or by submitting their email to unlock a promotional offer. We do not add anyone to our marketing list without an affirmative signup.

We may also call or text the phone number you provide with an order to check in on your experience with your mattress or follow up on that order. These calls come from us directly about your own purchase — we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes (see Section 4).

You can opt out of marketing emails or follow-up calls/texts at any time by contacting our support team, or by telling us during a call. We'll honor opt-out requests promptly.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform processes your payment and order securely
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
• Google Workspace — order data is stored in Google Sheets managed by our team
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — contact form submissions, order records, newsletter/promotional subscriber emails, and job applications are stored securely in our database
• Judge.me — after your order is fulfilled, your email address is used to send a product review request, with one automatic follow-up if you don't respond
• Google Analytics — site usage data (such as pages viewed, device type, and general location) is processed by Google to help us understand traffic and improve the site
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by law

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and localStorage to maintain your cart session between page visits. These are strictly necessary for the shopping experience.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location — so we can improve the shopping experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, which is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels.

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Job application data is retained for as long as needed to consider you for the role and reasonable follow-up positions, after which it's deleted. You may request deletion of your information by contacting our support team.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
