Every SleepyEdge mattress comes with a 120-night sleep trial starting from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, contact our support team and we'll arrange a free white-glove pickup and process a refund of the purchase price, less a $149 return processing fee.
We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, and most customers who feel uncertain in the first few weeks report loving their mattress by night 30.
A $149 return processing fee applies to cover transportation, handling, and responsible mattress disposal or donation. This allows us to offer white-glove, in-home pickup rather than requiring you to package and ship the mattress yourself.
Whenever possible, returned mattresses are donated to local charities. So your return does some good.
Only the original purchaser may initiate a return. Returns are limited to one per household per delivery address. If you received a SleepyEdge mattress as a gift, please have the original purchaser contact our support team.
Once your mattress is picked up and confirmed by our team, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Give it at least 30 nights. Most customers experience a break-in period where the mattress feels different from what they expected. This is completely normal and typically resolves within the first month as the materials adjust to your body and sleep position.
If after 30 nights you're still not comfortable, contact our support team. We'll work with you to find the right solution, whether that's a different model or a return.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional delivery charges and extended lead times. Sleep trial eligibility, white-glove delivery, and return pickup availability may vary by location. Return processing fees may be higher for non-continental U.S. orders.

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery to remote areas or Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.
SleepyEdge mattresses are compressed and rolled for efficient delivery. A common method for premium foam and hybrid mattresses. Once unboxed, your mattress fully expands within 24–72 hours to its full size and feel. This method has no impact on the quality, comfort, or lifespan of your mattress.
Your order includes the mattress itself, free shipping, the 120-night sleep trial, and the 10-year warranty. Bed frames, foundations, pillows, and protectors are sold separately. We recommend pairing your mattress with a quality mattress protector to maintain trial eligibility.

Yes. All SleepyEdge mattresses use CertiPUR-US® certified foams, which are tested and certified to be free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and ozone depleters. This certification ensures the materials in your mattress are safe for you and your family.
Our mattresses are engineered with open-cell foam structures and breathable cover materials to promote airflow and dissipate heat. The Attune™ and Attune Pro™ models feature copper-infused cooling technology for enhanced temperature regulation. If you're a naturally warm sleeper, we recommend the Attune Pro™ for the best cooling performance.
All SleepyEdge mattresses are available in Twin, Full (Double), Queen, and King. California King may be available on select models. Contact us to confirm availability for your preferred model.
With proper care and a supportive foundation, a SleepyEdge mattress is built to last 8–12 years. Using a mattress protector, rotating your mattress every 3–6 months, and ensuring adequate foundation support will maximize the lifespan of your mattress.
The SleepyEdge 10-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects including body impressions greater than 1½ inches (when the mattress has been continuously supported by an appropriate frame), foam splitting or cracking that compromises structural integrity, and defective materials or workmanship.
Normal wear, comfort preference, stains, damage from improper foundations, or physical misuse are not covered.
Coverage period and any applicable repair or replacement charges depend on your specific product's warranty code, found on the non-removable Law Label at the head of your mattress. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service, coverage is measured from the original date of purchase, and it does not renew or extend if the product is repaired or replaced.

The 10-Year Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. If the mattress is sold, gifted, or transferred to another owner, the warranty coverage ends.
SleepyEdge mattresses are compatible with most flat, solid foundations including platform beds, slatted frames (slats no more than 3 inches apart), adjustable bases, and box springs. The surface must be flat, firm, and supportive. Sagging or inadequate foundations can void your warranty.
Yes. All SleepyEdge foam models are compatible with adjustable bases. If you're considering a hybrid model, contact us to confirm compatibility before purchasing an adjustable base.
While placing a mattress on the floor is possible short-term, we don't recommend it long-term. Floor placement restricts airflow underneath the mattress, which can lead to moisture buildup and affect the feel and durability of the materials. A proper foundation ensures your mattress performs and lasts as designed.
