120-Night Sleep Trial

Your 120 Nights Start on Delivery Day

The trial period begins on the date your mattress is delivered. You have 120 nights — just under four months — to decide whether it's the right fit for you.

Give It the Full Break-In Period

We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, particularly if you've been sleeping on a worn or unsupportive mattress for years. Most customers feel the full benefit within the first 3 to 4 weeks.

How to Initiate a Return

If you'd like to return your mattress within the 120-night window, simply contact us:

• Email support@sleepyedge.com
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We'll schedule a free white-glove pickup at a time that works for you
• Refund is processed within 5–10 business days of pickup

Standard Return $149 Return Processing Fee

Returns through the standard 120-night trial are subject to a $149 return processing fee, which covers the cost of scheduling, pickup, and refurbishment. Your refund will be the original purchase price minus this fee.

The return processing fee exists to keep our pricing honest — it allows us to offer real trials without embedding the cost into every mattress price.

Final Sale Option — Waive the Fee, Save 30% AVAILABLE

At checkout, you can choose to waive the 120-night trial in exchange for a 30% discount on your order. This makes the sale final — no returns or refunds. This option is entirely optional and available in the cart drawer before you check out.

Who Qualifies

• All standard mattress purchases from SleepyEdge qualify for the 120-night trial
• Trial applies to the original purchaser only — not transferable
• One trial per household
• Mattress must be used as intended on an appropriate foundation or bed frame

What Voids the Trial

• Mattresses purchased with the Final Sale discount (30% off, no-returns option)
• Visible physical damage, stains, or misuse
• Returns initiated after the 120-night window has closed

They Are Two Separate Protections

The 120-night sleep trial covers your satisfaction — if you simply don't love the feel of the mattress, you can return it.

The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects — sagging beyond normal wear, cover defects, or material failures. These are separate protections, and both apply to every mattress.
