120-Night Sleep Trial

Your 120 Nights Start on Delivery Day

The trial period begins on the date your mattress is delivered. You have 120 nights. Just under four months. To decide whether it's the right fit for you.

Give It the Full Break-In Period

A minimum 30-night sleep period is required before initiating a return. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, particularly if you've been sleeping on a worn or unsupportive mattress for years. Most customers feel the full benefit within the first 3 to 4 weeks.

How to Initiate a Return

If you'd like to return your mattress within the 120-night window, simply contact us:

• Contact our support team
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We'll schedule a white-glove pickup at a time that works for you
• Refund is processed within 5–10 business days of pickup

Standard Return FEE WAIVED THROUGH SEPT 2026

Returns through the standard 120-night trial are normally subject to a $149 return processing fee, which covers the cost of scheduling, pickup, and refurbishment — but this fee is currently waived for any order placed through September 7, 2026, making your return completely free. A minimum 30-night sleep period still applies before you can initiate a return. Orders placed after that date are subject to the standard $149 fee, which will always be disclosed before you buy.

The return processing fee exists to keep our pricing honest. It allows us to offer real trials without embedding the cost into every mattress price.

Who Qualifies

• All standard mattress purchases from SleepyEdge qualify for the 120-night trial
• Trial applies to the original purchaser only. Not transferable
• One trial per household
• Mattress must be used as intended on an appropriate foundation or bed frame

What Voids the Trial

• Visible physical damage, stains, or misuse
• Returns initiated after the 120-night window has closed

They Are Two Separate Protections

The 120-night sleep trial covers your satisfaction. If you simply don't love the feel of the mattress, you can return it.

The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Sagging beyond normal wear, cover defects, or material failures. These are separate protections, and both apply to every mattress.

Is the sleep trial really free?

The 120-night trial is included with every standard purchase at no extra cost, after a minimum 30-night break-in period. If you decide to return, a $149 return processing fee normally applies, but that fee is currently waived for orders placed through September 7, 2026.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your eligibility and schedule a white-glove pickup at a time that works for you. Your refund is processed within 5–10 business days of pickup.

Do I need to sleep on the mattress before I can return it?

Yes. We ask for a minimum 30-night break-in period before initiating a return. A new mattress takes time to conform to your body, and most customers feel the full benefit by week 3 or 4. Returns initiated before 30 nights are not eligible.

Can I exchange my mattress for a different model?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges through the trial program. To switch models, initiate a return within the 120-night window and place a new order. Contact us and we will do our best to help make the process smooth.

Is the sleep trial transferable?

No. The 120-night trial applies to the original purchaser only and is limited to one trial per household. It does not transfer if the mattress is sold, gifted, or moved to a new owner.
